Bolognese

We are proudly to announce the recipe of the month to pe a clasic one: PASTA BOLOGNESE

Ingredients:

After we chopped the onions, celery, carrots and the garlic, we put it in a medium heated pan till the juice from them is coming out.

then we put the meat in the pan togheter and roasted it and continously mixing till the meat is separated and mixed well with the vegetables

after the meat is cooked we add the tomato paste and we stir the pot till is mixed well with the other ingredients.

After that we add the red wine and cook it slowly till all the alcohol is steamed out, and after we add the the tomato sauce, bay leafs and the water, we slowly cooking the sauce for one and a half hour.

After that we season the sauce and let it cook slowly for another 10 min.

And when is all done we will cook our pasta aldente and we will mix it with our sauce and served with grated parmesan on top of it!
